Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
Welcome to CSN Collision Concord (“CSN Collision Concord,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of vehicle collision repair, refinishing, glass, calibration, appraisal, and related services to vehicle owners, customers, dealerships, insurers, fleet operators, and other clients (“you” or “your”).
By authorizing repairs, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, leaving a vehicle with us, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
CSN Collision Concord provides vehicle repair and related services, which may include:
Collision and structural repairs
Body repair and refinishing
OEM-compliant repair procedures
Glass replacement
ADAS inspection and calibration
EV and hybrid vehicle repair
Parts sourcing and installation
Vehicle inspections and estimates
Insurance claim support and communication
Other services agreed upon with the customer or authorized party
The specific services performed will depend on the condition of the vehicle, the approved repair plan, available parts, manufacturer requirements, and any applicable insurance authorization.
Any estimate or preliminary assessment we provide is based on the information and vehicle condition reasonably observable at the time of inspection.
Additional damage, hidden damage, corrosion, structural issues, or other conditions may become apparent after disassembly or during the repair process. When this occurs, additional repairs or parts may be required.
We will seek authorization for material changes to the repair scope where reasonably practicable. Depending on the circumstances, additional work may affect the estimated price and completion date.
An estimate is not necessarily a final invoice unless expressly identified as such.
You represent that you are the vehicle owner or are otherwise authorized to request and approve repairs to the vehicle.
You authorize CSN Collision Concord and its employees, technicians, contractors, and service providers to perform the repairs and related services that you approve.
Where a dealership, insurer, fleet operator, leasing company, or other authorized party is involved, we may rely on instructions and approvals received from that party to the extent permitted by law.
Where repairs are being completed through an insurance claim, CSN Collision Concord may communicate with insurers, adjusters, dealerships, and other parties involved in the claim.
Insurance approval does not necessarily mean that every repair, part, service, deductible, or additional charge will be covered by the insurer.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer remains responsible for amounts not paid by an insurer, including applicable deductibles, non-covered repairs, upgraded parts or services, and other authorized charges.
We do not control an insurer's coverage decisions, claim determinations, payment timing, or settlement of a claim.
Repairs may involve OEM, aftermarket, recycled, reconditioned, or other parts where permitted and appropriate for the repair.
The type of parts used may be affected by manufacturer requirements, insurance authorization, availability, vehicle age, repair requirements, and customer or dealership authorization.
Parts may become unavailable, backordered, discontinued, or subject to shipping delays. Such circumstances may affect repair timelines.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate repair timelines. However, completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Repair timelines may be affected by:
Hidden or additional damage
Parts availability or shipping
Insurance approvals
Manufacturer procedures
Sublet services
Parts or labour delays
Vehicle diagnostics or calibration requirements
Unexpected repair complications
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from a reasonable delay in completing repairs.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and vehicle information
Disclosing known vehicle conditions or prior damage
Providing keys, access devices, and required authorization
Removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle
Reviewing and approving applicable repair authorizations
Paying amounts properly owing under the repair agreement
Promptly collecting the vehicle when notified that repairs are complete
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle unless otherwise required by law.
Once repairs are completed and the customer has been notified that the vehicle is ready, the customer is responsible for promptly arranging pickup.
Where permitted by applicable law, storage or related charges may apply when a vehicle remains at our facility after the applicable pickup period.
If a vehicle remains uncollected or unpaid, we may exercise any rights and remedies available to us under applicable law, including any applicable repairer's lien or other lawful security or recovery rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the vehicle is ready for release.
We may require deposits, progress payments, insurance-related payments, deductibles, or other amounts before releasing a vehicle where permitted by law.
Accepted payment methods may be subject to change.
Any returned, declined, or reversed payment may result in additional charges to the extent permitted by law.
Where applicable, repairs and parts may be covered by a written warranty provided by CSN Collision Concord, a manufacturer, or a parts supplier.
Any applicable warranty is subject to its specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.
Unless expressly provided in writing, no additional warranty is created by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We will take reasonable care of vehicles while they are in our possession.
Vehicles may have pre-existing damage, mechanical conditions, electrical issues, wear, corrosion, modifications, warning lights, or other conditions unrelated to the collision repairs.
Repairing collision damage does not necessarily correct unrelated mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or pre-existing conditions unless those items are specifically included in the approved repair scope.
Where reasonably necessary to inspect, diagnose, calibrate, repair, verify, or quality-control a vehicle, you authorize our personnel or authorized service providers to operate the vehicle.
Test driving and vehicle movement will be conducted for legitimate service-related purposes.
For dealerships, fleet operators, manufacturers, leasing companies, and other commercial clients, additional written agreements, account terms, pricing arrangements, service-level agreements, or referral arrangements may apply.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written agreement, the specific written agreement will govern to the extent of the conflict.
Where permitted by applicable law and applicable agreements, CSN Collision Concord may offer referral, marketing, or other commercial arrangements to eligible dealerships or business partners.
Any such arrangement is subject to its separate terms and does not alter the customer's obligations under the repair authorization or invoice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSN Collision Concord will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision of services, including loss of income, loss of business, loss of use, or inconvenience, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may collect, use, and disclose personal information reasonably necessary to provide our services, communicate with customers, process payments, administer insurance claims, order parts, arrange services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and privacy policy.
Certain services may be performed or supported by third parties, including parts suppliers, glass providers, calibration providers, towing companies, rental providers, insurers, dealerships, and other service providers.
Where third-party services are required, their own terms, warranties, policies, and limitations may apply.
We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, natural disasters, labour disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, shortages, transportation delays, government actions, utility failures, or other similar events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a particular repair authorization or transaction will generally be the version in effect when the applicable services are authorized, unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the courts or other legally appropriate dispute-resolution forums having jurisdiction over the matter.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with the applicable repair authorization, estimate, invoice, written agreement, warranty, and any other documents expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement governing the applicable services.
